A warm welcome to McStorytellers!

 

Writers.  If you are a writer of short stories, were born in Bonnie Scotland (or have a strong Scottish connection) and are fed up looking for a local outlet to showcase your finished work, this could be the site for you.  Just click on the Submit button to send us your stories.  All genres and themes are welcome - but no more than 5,000 words per story, please!  We're looking for quality writing to showcase, so if we think your story fits that bill we'll upload it on the site for the world to read and rate.  We published our maiden anthology, The McCollection, in November 2011 and our follow-up anthology, The McFestival Dozen, in October 2012.  You never know: your story could be included in our next anthology.

If you do read a story, please remember to take a moment to rate your enjoyment of it. Remember also that you don't need to have been born in Scotland to read and rate our stories!
