First up, that ever popular Clydebank writer, Jack O’Donnell, returns with an endearing childhood memory called St Patrick’s Day.
Then our favourite Ayrshire author, Angus Shoor Caan, also returns with Last Resort, another tale inspired by the title of a song written by Australia’s unofficial poet laureate, Paul Kelly.
Next, a warm McStorytellers welcome goes to new contributor, Grangemouth-born Andrew McCallum Crawford, who relates the story of a brief Greek encounter in Wayne.
Finally, a similarly warm welcome goes to another new contributor, a son of Kirkcaldy, Alan Gillespie, whose sad tale of a neighbourhood death is told in Frances Good’s Hung Himself.
